What Skybrine requires of a business

Conditions for circulating a requirement.

Compensation stated clearly — the amount and the basis. A requirement that is vague about money is not circulated.
No fee, deposit, security amount or equipment purchase demanded of a worker, in any form.
Work that is lawful where it is performed, and compliant with minimum age, wage and working-condition law.
Home-based work, relocation and unusually high advertised pay are reviewed by a person before circulation.
Worker contact details are provided only once that worker has accepted a specific engagement.

These are conditions of use, not preferences. A requirement that does not meet them is declined and the reason is given.
