Skybrine Work In development — Phase 2
Opportunity should be accessible to everyone.
Skybrine Work is being built as a two-sided platform: people who need work on one side, businesses that need work done on the other, and a system in between that handles discovery, verification, records and — in a later phase — payment. It is not live yet. This is where it begins.
Where Skybrine Work actually is today
Registration of interest is open and real. Matching, applications, verified statuses, in-platform messaging and payment through Skybrine are in development and are not operating. Nothing on this site pretends otherwise.
Two sides
People who need opportunities. Businesses that need work completed.
Skybrine sits between them and keeps the record straight: discovery, matching, verification, communication, work records, payment workflow, reputation and recourse.
I am looking for work
Homemakers, retirees, people with disabilities, people without formal education, skilled tradespeople, freelancers and professionals. You do not need qualifications, English or a computer.
Register your interestI need work done
A batch that has to be finished this week, a project, ongoing work, temporary cover, or an hour of an expert's time.
Submit a requirementI have professional experience
Experience shouldn't retire. Engineers, plant managers, bankers, procurement and export specialists, technologists.

The rules Skybrine Work is being built on
These are commitments the platform is being designed around, not marketing lines. They constrain what can be built.
Ability is not the same as qualification
Plenty of capable people have no certificate and no English. The registration is designed so that they can still describe what they can do and be taken seriously.
Registration is not verification
They are separate, deliberately. A Skybrine status will say exactly what was checked and when — never that a person is guaranteed to be good, safe or suitable.
Nobody pays to work
Skybrine will never charge a person a fee to register, to apply, or to be considered for work. Any request for such a payment is fraud and should be reported.
Written to be usable
Simple language, large targets, no jargon, works on an inexpensive phone and a slow connection. You do not need qualifications, English or a computer to register. Speaking your answers instead of typing them is planned. It is not available yet.
Skybrine will never charge you to register, to apply, or to be considered for work.
If anyone asks you for money in the name of Skybrine — a registration fee, a deposit, a security amount, a fee to release work — it is fraud. Do not pay it. Report it to Skybrine.

Why stay on Skybrine
The platform has to be worth using.
Skybrine does not intend to prevent people leaving the platform by hiding phone numbers or threatening them. It intends to make leaving inconvenient — because the record, the payment workflow, the reputation and the recourse all live here. If the platform is not worth staying on, hiding a number will not save it.
For a person doing the work
- A verified work history that belongs to you and travels with you
- Ratings from businesses that actually engaged you
- Payment through a regulated provider rather than a promise
- Somewhere to go when a payment does not arrive
- Repeat work from businesses that already know you
- A record you can show to anyone, including outside Skybrine
For a business
- One GST-compliant invoice instead of forty informal payments
- Statutory deductions handled in the workflow rather than at year end
- A single vendor relationship instead of a folder of phone numbers
- Verified profiles and work history before you engage anyone
- Replacement support when somebody does not turn up
- Preferred-worker lists and one-click repeat hiring
- Milestones, evidence and an audit trail for work you have to account for
- Dispute support, which a WhatsApp group does not provide
Skybrine Loyalty — Concept — Phase 3. Sustained, legitimate use of the platform is intended to earn better terms: lower transaction rates, preferred visibility, faster settlement, easier repeat hiring. The design intent is that the longer both sides stay, the less reason there is to leave. No rate, threshold or benefit here is committed. Any published scheme requires commercial approval first.
