A quotation against a vague specification is worthless. We pin down grade, packing, quantity, incoterm and delivery point first, then talk numbers that mean something.

Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, inspection, payment instrument. We work through what each market actually requires rather than discovering it at the port.

Who carries the risk, and when. We set that out plainly at the start so neither side is surprised later.
