Tell Skybrine what you are trying to achieve. Its team will review the requirement, explore whether Skybrine can support it directly and, where appropriate, identify relevant expertise, connections or simply a useful direction.
What this is not: a promise that every enquiry produces a solution. Skybrine will not claim capability it does not have. Being told honestly and quickly that something falls outside Skybrine's capability is more valuable than three weeks of polite silence.

It belongs to a Skybrine capability. It is routed there and you are told which.

It might be workable but the requirement is not yet clear enough to judge. Skybrine comes back with specific questions.

Outside current capability
Skybrine cannot help with this. You are told so plainly and, where Skybrine can, pointed in a more useful direction. This counts as a completed enquiry, not a failed one.
Skybrine does not publish a guaranteed response time until it can actually meet one. The acknowledgement is immediate; the human response depends on the enquiry. When a service standard is set operationally it will be published here.
