This website is published by Skybrine Exim, a partnership firm registered in India. It describes services Skybrine offers and provides a way to make an enquiry. By using it you accept these terms.

Information on this website is general. It is not an offer, a quotation, advice, or a commitment to provide any service. A contract with Skybrine comes into existence only when it is agreed separately and in writing, and those terms — not these — govern it.

No professional advice

Nothing on this website is legal, tax, accounting, investment, engineering, environmental or regulatory advice. Where a requirement needs a qualified or licensed professional, Skybrine coordinates one; it does not act as one and does not hold itself out as one.

No guarantees

Skybrine does not guarantee prices, buyers, suppliers, funding, investment, returns, approvals, licences, savings, employment, income or any commercial outcome. Statements about what Skybrine can explore, assess, coordinate or facilitate describe activity, not result.

Enquiries and confidentiality

Do not send confidential or commercially sensitive material through this website before agreeing with Skybrine how it will be handled. Enquiry forms are for describing a requirement, not for transferring sensitive documents. Information you send through an enquiry form is not treated as confidential unless and until confidentiality is agreed in writing.

Never send identity documents, bank details, passwords or one-time passcodes through this website. Skybrine does not collect them here and will never ask for them.

Acceptable use

Do not use this website to submit unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or abusive content, to impersonate anybody, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any system behind it, to scrape it at scale, or to place automated load on it. Skybrine may block access where it reasonably believes this term is being breached.

Intellectual property

The Skybrine name, the Skybrine marks, and the text, design, structure and code of this website belong to Skybrine or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own business purposes. You may not copy, republish, adapt or reuse the content or the code commercially without Skybrine’s written permission.

Availability

Skybrine aims to keep this website available but does not promise uninterrupted access. It may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time, in whole or in part, without notice.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law permits, Skybrine excludes all warranties and conditions that are not expressly set out in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Skybrine is not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss, however caused, arising from your use of this website or from reliance on anything published on it.

Where Skybrine is nonetheless found liable in connection with this website, its total liability is limited to ₹10,000 or the amount you have paid Skybrine in connection with this website, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — and if you deal with Skybrine as a consumer, nothing here removes rights the consumer law where you live gives you.

This clause governs the website. Liability under any separate contract for services is governed by that contract.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with this website, are governed by the laws of India.

The courts at Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction, save that if you are a consumer resident in another country, you keep any right you have to bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.

Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, tell us first: write to info@skybrine.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. We will acknowledge within 7 days and aim to resolve it within 30. Most things are resolved this way, and it costs neither of us anything.

Reporting misuse of the Skybrine name

If you receive a message, job offer, payment demand, investment approach or invoice claiming to be from Skybrine and you are unsure, do not act on it and do not pay anything. Report it through the Contact page, choosing "Reporting misuse of the Skybrine name". Skybrine has one office, in India; anyone claiming to represent a Skybrine office in another country is not acting for Skybrine.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms are between you and Skybrine; nobody else may enforce them.
