Descriptions of Skybrine’s capabilities describe what Skybrine does, not what it guarantees. Every requirement depends on its own facts — the material, the specification, the counterparty, the market and the terms — and Skybrine will tell you when it believes something is not achievable rather than take the work.

Prices and market information

Skybrine publishes no price for any material, commodity or service on this website, and no price index. Recovered material and commodity prices move constantly and depend on grade, quantity, location, logistics and payment terms. Any figure discussed in a conversation is specific to that requirement at that moment and is not a standing offer.

Nobody at Skybrine will quote you a firm price for recovered material before seeing what it actually is. If someone does so in Skybrine’s name, that is a warning sign, not a good deal.

Funding and investment

Skybrine does not guarantee funding or investment, does not provide investment advice, does not recommend securities, does not solicit deposits from the public, and does not guarantee returns. Skybrine is not a bank, a non-banking financial company, an investment adviser or a registered intermediary of any kind.

Any introduction Skybrine makes between a business and a source of capital is an introduction only. Diligence, terms, documentation and the decision belong entirely to the parties and their own advisers.

Skybrine does not charge a fee in exchange for a promise of funding, and never asks for an advance payment to "release", "process" or "guarantee" an investment. Anyone requesting such a payment in Skybrine’s name is committing fraud. Do not pay it; report it.

Government affiliation

Skybrine is a private business. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, appointed by, licensed by or acting for any government body, ministry, embassy, trade body or government agency in any country.

Skybrine India Gateway is the name of a Skybrine service for businesses entering the Indian market. It is not a government programme, it confers no official status, and it cannot obtain, accelerate or guarantee any government approval, registration, incentive or visa.

Regulated and licensed work

Where work requires a licence, permit, registration, certification or professional qualification that Skybrine does not hold, Skybrine says so and coordinates a party that does hold it. Skybrine does not perform regulated work under its own name without the authorisation that work requires, and nothing on this website should be read as claiming such authorisation.

Skybrine Work

Skybrine Work is in development. Matching, applications, verification statuses, in-platform messaging and payment through Skybrine are not operating. Registering interest does not create an entitlement to work, an offer of work, an employment relationship or any promise of income.

A Skybrine verification status, once it operates, will state which checks were completed and on what date. It will never mean that Skybrine guarantees a person’s character, honesty, safety, skill or future performance, or that a business will pay what it owes.

Third parties

Where Skybrine coordinates a qualified professional, contractor, supplier, transporter or other third party, that party is responsible for its own work, its own licensing and its own conduct. Skybrine’s role is to coordinate and to be straight with you about what it is seeing; it does not assume that party’s professional liability.
